Shipping & Delivery Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

All orders are subjected to acceptance by Ferisia De Floral & Gifts. Processing of payment does not constitute to an acceptance of your order.

All payment and delivery details must be provided within 4 hours. Orders will be automatically cancelled if payment/delivery details are not updated or completed within the stipulated timeframe.

A confirmation ID/email will be sent you to upon acceptance of your order. Should you not receive any confirmation ID/email from us, please contact Ferisia De Floral & Gifts at 6255 6628 directly for verification of your order. Orders made without confirmation ID/email is deemed to be void and will not be executed.

DELIVERY POLICIES:

Ferisia De Floral and Gifts provides delivery services to most parts of Singapore, however not to some places due to reasons include, but not limited to restricted access and security reasons. Additional charges will be incurred for these areas demarked by Ferisia for delivery. It will be advisable to contact and check with us on the areas we cover to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.

Delivery slots are subject to availability and we are committed to fulfill the delivery of the products to the intended delivery address within the time fame we had given you.

In an event where no one is at the delivery location to receive the order, Ferisia reserves the right to cancel the delivery and bring the product(s) back to the registered office at 238 Thomson Road #01-33 Singapore 307683, in such case, no refunds will be made to the delivery charges incurred.

If specific instructions had been received from you to leave the product(s) at the door of the intended delivery location or any third party within the compound of the delivery location e.g Security Guard house, neighbour’s house or just outside the intended delivery address, you acknowledged that it would be done at your own risk and you will also be responsible for any form of loss, theft or damages to/of the product(s) should it happen.

If there are any changes that need to be made to your delivery after placing an order with us, please contact Ferisia De Floral & Gifts at 6255 6628 immediately. We will further advise you on the steps to follow via communication over the phone. In addition to that, there will be a surcharge of S$15.00 for administrative purposes for any changes made after placing an order with us.

Prices reflected in the website includes delivery charges. These charges will be waived should you prefer self-collection at our retail outlet.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY POLICIES:

Ferisia De Floral and Gifts currently does not deliver our online orders to international addresses. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
